RACE DATE:
March 22, 2008, Saturday, Rain or Shine.

RACE TIME:
The 5K Run & 5K Walk, start at 9:00 a.m. The ˝ mile Kids Run, (12-Under) starts at 10:00a.m., approximately, “on the track”.

RACE LOCATION:
Southern California University of Health Sciences, 16200 E. Amber Valley Dr., Whittier, CA. 90604, between Amber Valley Rd. and Candlelight Dr., 1st. COURSE:
Run in and around the college campus on quaint city streets, finishing “on the track”. Mile markers, monitored and measured to USATF standards and USATF sanctioned. ˝ mile Kids Run, will compete “on the track”. (12-Under) See course map.

RACE FEE: (non-refundable)

PRE-REGISTRATION:

LATE-REGISTRATION: (non-refundable)
After March 15, 2008 , $21.00 with shirt, $18.00, Run Only. Race site late registration will begin at 7:30 a.m., on the Track, just So. of Parking Lot #1. See Map for Location & Directions. No Late-Registration fee will be charged to the ˝ Mile Fun/Run participants.

ATTENTION: (avoid the lines)
By sending a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope with your entry, you will receive your race number and additional upcoming race flyers. Your shirt may be picked-up at the race site, race day, from 7:30 am by presenting your race number at the shirt table, on the TRACK, in the registration area. Easy!

AWARDS:
1st through 3rd place in each division. Raffle open to all registered participants. Walk awards to the top 10 overall walkers. Awards to all Kid ˝ Mile finishers.

DIVISIONS:
13-UNDER, 14-17, 18-23, 24-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. Walkers and ˝ mile Kids Fun/Run are OPEN DIVISIONS.

he health fair will be held from 9am to 1pm on the campus TRACK and the University Health Center. Make sure to stay around for a morning of activities, games, educational booths and food! Various health screening, including care for the 5K participants, will be made available by a team of Chiropractic Physicians and Acupuncturists. Do not forget to bring your whole family for this event because there is sure to be entertainment for all ages! Some of the things to look

PARKING:
Enter SCUHS and the race site, from either Amber Valley Dr. using parking lot #1 on the NW side of the campus or parking lot #2 off of Candlelight Dr. The Registration area is on the TRACK, South of parking area #1, and West of parking area #2. You will be directed.
